It depends on the project, so we do not publish a fixed rate: we would rather give you a real price than a shop-window one that goes up later. Half an hour on a first call is usually enough to size up the scope, and the proposal follows with the price closed.

Mainly three things. How many pages, because each one gets designed. Whether it needs to do more than show information, such as online payments, bookings or a private area. And whether the brand has to be created from scratch or you already have a logo, colours and copy ready. A five-page site with an existing identity sits at the cheap end; a shop with a payment gateway and a catalogue sits at the other.

First we talk about what you need. Then we send you a written proposal, with no obligation, covering scope, timeline and price, all closed. If something falls outside that scope later, we tell you before doing it, never after invoicing it.

Half when you accept the proposal, which books the dates and starts the work, and half on delivery. On longer projects we split it into more stages tied to specific deliveries, so you never pay for something you have not seen.

The delivery date is in the proposal, in writing, before you pay anything. We do not take on projects we cannot deliver on the date we promise, so we would rather turn you down than let you down.

Before any code is written we show you the visual proposal, and that includes two rounds of changes. That is the moment to say no, while changing it is still cheap. After that, changes outside what was agreed are quoted separately and we tell you beforehand.

Yes. You can hire a single service, such as a website or brand identity, or have us handle the whole project.

Yes. We work remotely with clients in other countries, in Spanish, English or Italian, and we adjust the price to each market.

Yes. We issue electronic invoices under OVS STUDIO E.I.R.L. Clients in Peru are charged IGV, shown as a separate line in the proposal. Services provided to clients abroad count as an export of services and carry no IGV. For billing questions, email facturacion@ovsstudio.net.
